Wholemeal spaghetti with pistachio


A delight to be savored
A first course in the name of health and wellness.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 Article. Spaghetti;
  • 100 Article. of chopped pistachios;
  • 100 Article. di parmigiano grattugiato;
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese spread;
  • 3 tablespoons milk;
  • sale q.b.;
  • olio e.v.o. q.b.


  1. Mix the cream cheese with milk, half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the pistachio.
  2. A part cucina pasta al dente e scolala.
  3. Mix the pasta with the mixture formed above and add the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  4. Put in a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil and pistachio remained.
