Wholemeal spaghetti with pistachio
A delight to be savored
A first course in the name of health and wellness.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 Article. Spaghetti;
- 100 Article. of chopped pistachios;
- 100 Article. di parmigiano grattugiato;
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese spread;
- 3 tablespoons milk;
- sale q.b.;
- olio e.v.o. q.b.
- Mix the cream cheese with milk, half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the pistachio.
- A part cucina pasta al dente e scolala.
- Mix the pasta with the mixture formed above and add the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Put in a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil and pistachio remained.
