cold noodles

A dish best served cold. Ideal for a picnic at the beach or in the mountains, or quietly at home.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 200 Article. of penne or other short pasta;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 2 mozzarella fior di latte;
  • 200 Article. di emmenthal;
  • 200 Article. black olives;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 canned white beans in spain.
  • Pepe nero q.b.
  • sale q.b.
  • olio e.v.o. q.b.

Preparation:

  1. Make boil the potatoes remove the peel and cut into small pieces.
