A dish best served cold. Ideal for a picnic at the beach or in the mountains, or quietly at home.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 200 Article. of penne or other short pasta;
- 4 potatoes;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 mozzarella fior di latte;
- 200 Article. di emmenthal;
- 200 Article. black olives;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 canned white beans in spain.
- Pepe nero q.b.

- Make boil the potatoes remove the peel and cut into small pieces.
- Cooking hard-boiled eggs.
- Put the potatoes in a bowl, mozzarella cheese and chopped.
- Add the olives and beans and boiled eggs.
- Add the tomatoes, washed and cut and add salt.
