Pasta and beans
An ideal dish to be enjoyed during the first cold autumn.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 Article. pinto beans;
- 400 Article. pasta small (fingering);
- 1 onion;
- 1 Gambo in sedano;
- olio e.v.o.;
- sale q.b.
- Put the beans soak in plenty of water the night before.
- The day after washing with fresh water.
- Wash and peel the onion.
- Wash the celery.
- In a pan put a little oil e.v.o., celery and onion.
- Let cook for a few minutes to make brown the onion and celery soften.
- Add the beans, plenty of water to cover and salt q.b.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, removing the white foam that forms the top of the cooking.
- After you add the pasta and continue to cook.
- Season with salt and pour the plates.
