An ideal dish to be enjoyed during the first cold autumn.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500 Article. pinto beans;
  • 400 Article. pasta small (fingering);
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 Gambo in sedano;
  • olio e.v.o.;
  • sale q.b.

Preparation:

  1. Put the beans soak in plenty of water the night before.
  2. The day after washing with fresh water.
  3. Wash and peel the onion.
  4. Wash the celery.
  5. In a pan put a little oil e.v.o., celery and onion.
  6. Let cook for a few minutes to make brown the onion and celery soften.
  7. Add the beans, plenty of water to cover and salt q.b.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes, removing the white foam that forms the top of the cooking.
  9. After you add the pasta and continue to cook.
  10. Season with salt and pour the plates.
