Grilled Eggplant

A quick and easy side dish.


  • 2 melanzane nere;
  • 1 spicchio di aglio;
  • 1 sprig of parsley;
  • sale q.b.;
  • extra virgin olive oil q.b.


  1. Wash the eggplants and remove the peel.
  2. Cut them into slices vertically and put it to soak with water and salt.
  3. Arrange the slices on the grill.
  4. Quando sono cotte condisci con un filo di olio e.v.o. garlic and parsley.
