Eggplant rolls with ricotta cheese.
An appetizer appetizing and at the same time dietary.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 eggplant;
- 100 Article. of pitted green olives;
- 200 Article. fresh ricotta;
- sale q.b.
- Wash the eggplants and cut them into thin slices.
- Leave to soak in salted water for a few minutes.
- Mix together the ricotta cheese and chopped olives.
- Put the eggplant slices on the grill.
- When cooked smear the ricotta cheese with olives and wrap.
