Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 eggplant;
  • 100 Article. of pitted green olives;
  • 200 Article. fresh ricotta;
  • sale q.b.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the eggplants and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Leave to soak in salted water for a few minutes.
  3. Mix together the ricotta cheese and chopped olives.
  4. Put the eggplant slices on the grill.
  5. When cooked smear the ricotta cheese with olives and wrap.
