Mixed fried fish

A seafood appetizer, crispy and very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg. small cuttlefish;
  • 1 kg. ope of small;
  • sale q.b.;
  • flour 00 q.b.;
  • olio e.v.o. q.b.

Preparation:

  1. Ope washes with running water.
  2. Dry them and leave them whole.
  3. Lava cuttlefish dry them and leave them whole.
  4. Spend ope and the cuttlefish one at a time in the flour OO.
  5. In a large skillet put plenty of extra virgin olive oil. and scaldalo.
  6. Put the fish in the pan floured.
  7. Put a few fish at a time and fry, stirring occasionally.
  8. When I put in golden paper towel to absorb oil.
  9. Put in a serving dish and add a pinch of salt.
  10. Bon appetite!

P.S. I prefer to use the oil e.v.o. olive oil for frying, for the strong taste and flavor from strong food fried.
