Frittata with peppers


Another dish that is prepared quickly, energy and crisp.


  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 red pepper;
  • 100 Article. di parmigiano grattugiato;
  • 100 Article. di pangrattato;
  • sale q.b.;
  • black pepper;
  • olio e.v.o. q.b.


  1. Wash the pepper, cut it into cubes and dry it.
  2. In a bowl whisk the eggs with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and one of pepper.
  4. Put in a pan with hot oil.
  5. When they are golden add the chopped raw peppers and close as to form a pocket.
  6. Turns to cook the other side.
  7. Put on a plate with paper towel to wipe off excess oil.
