Cod with potatoes,,it,Wash the cod, remove the skin from the thorns and cut it,,it
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 kg. salt cod;
- 500 Article. Potato;
- 200 Article. of pitted green olives;
- 50 Article. capers;
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts;
- ½ golden onion;
- 2 tablespoons of raisins;
- Sale q. b;
- Pepper as needed.;
- Olio e.v.o q.b.;
- 300 Article. of tomato sauce.
- Wash the salt cod remove skin plugs and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- In a large frying pan put a little oil and let cook the onion already washed and chopped.
- Add the capers olives, l’uvetta, pine nuts and sauce.
- Cook over low heat for a few minutes then add the potatoes, previously peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Continue to cook for 15 minutes, then add the cod and continue cooking over low heat for another 15/20 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
