Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 kg. salt cod;
  • 500 Article. Potato;
  • 200 Article. of pitted green olives;
  • 50 Article. capers;
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts;
  • ½ golden onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins;
  • Sale q. b;
  • Pepper as needed.;
  • Olio e.v.o q.b.;
  • 300 Article. of tomato sauce.

Preparation

  1. Wash the salt cod remove skin plugs and cut into medium-sized pieces.
  2. In a large frying pan put a little oil and let cook the onion already washed and chopped.
  3. Add the capers olives, l’uvetta, pine nuts and sauce.
  4. Cook over low heat for a few minutes then add the potatoes, previously peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces.
  5. Continue to cook for 15 minutes, then add the cod and continue cooking over low heat for another 15/20 minutes.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
