Mess of potatoes and zucchini

You can make it inviting and tasty even if the zucchini are combined with potatoes.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 potatoes;
  • 4 zucchine verdi;
  • olio e.v.o. q.b.;
  • grated Parmesan cheese q.b.;
  • sale q.b.
  • Pepe nero q.b.

Preparation:

  1. Lava Le Patate, remove the peel and cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash the zucchini well, leave the peel and cut into slices.
  3. In a pan, add the potatoes of large diameter, aggiungi un filo di olio e.v.o. a pinch of salt and water to cover.
  4. Put on the stove over a medium flame and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. When the water is almost dried and the potatoes are almost cooked, add the zucchini and a glass of water.
  6. Cook still 5 minutes and then remove from the heat.
  7. Put in a bowl add a pinch of black pepper and a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.
